Gerald Barrett is the Founder and CEO of Principled Property Solutions, a real estate solutions company dedicated to helping people overcome unique challenges to achieve the American dream of homeownership. A devoted husband, father of three, grandfather of one, and a man of unshakable Christian faith, Gerald has spent his life serving others through integrity, compassion, and grace.
His diverse background includes service as a United States Marine, a career in Information Technology, and nearly twenty years as a Police Detective, through which he earned a reputation for solving complex problems and advocating for those in need.
After retiring from law enforcement, he observed that too many young families were being priced out of a dream that should still be within reach. That observation became a calling — one he answered by founding Principled Property Solutions. Drawing upon decades of experience, discipline, and service, Gerald works closely with every client with one goal in mind: leaving a legacy measured not in deals closed but in lives changed.
